At Pelican Rope we do one thing: we manufacture braided synthetic rope products. We do so with state-of-the-art braiding equipment and quality materials at our facility in Santa Ana, California. We produce premium double-braid rope, beautifully balanced between the outer sleeve and inner core, giving it the optimum of strength, durability and handling. With the same care and quality we also produce 12-strand and Kernmantle ropes for a whole host of applications. Custom designed ropes are also readily available.
While other ropes on the market may be made with numerous braider splices (little knots in the cords during manufacture), Pelican ropes are produced virtually knot-free, allowing for tremendous ease in splicing, superior strength and greater integrity of the finished product. This is just one of the little things we do to create a better quality product.
Our products are produced to meet or exceed the standards established by the Cordage Institute, the U.S. Military, ASTM, and NFPA with U.L. certification. ISO 9001-2000 certificatied.
